Prepayment

Invoice, only for large companies, groups, public institutions, town councils and municipal authorities, schools and public authorities (requires credit check).

We charge a standard shipping and packaging fee up to a net goods value of €1,000:

Germany: € 7.95

Austria: € 14.50

Export: On request

Germany: 1-3 days

Austria: 2-4 days

EU: 3-8 days

Export: world wide - on request

In the case of prepayment, the delivery period begins once payment has been received.

Prices:

All prices specified are net and do not include VAT.

In Germany we charge VAT at the respectively applicable rate.

Within the EU we charge net prices if we are provided with a valid VAT identification number. If we are not provided with a VAT identification number, we charge the respectively applicable German VAT rate.

For orders outside of the EU we do not charge VAT, but we do charge any additionally incurred taxes, customs duties and accessory duties.

1. Prices, discounts and rebates

All the prices specified in our offers are net prices and do not include VAT.
The prices shown already include any discounts. We cannot grant any further rebates.

2. Delivery in Germany

We only deliver to industrial customers – we do not sell to private individuals! The deliveries are performed subject to prepayment or on invoice following a corresponding credit check.

3. Expenses charges within Germany

For the packaging, transport and insurance of orders with a net goods value of up to €1,000 we charge a single fee of €7.50. Orders with a net goods value of over €1,000 are delivered free of charge. Subsequent deliveries are usually performed at no extra cost.

4. Complaints

Unfortunately, we are not able to acknowledge any complaints which can be traced back to incorrect operation or poor servicing and maintenance. If items are returned to us in a soiled condition, we reserve the right to invoice the incurred cleaning expenses. The delivery must be checked to be complete and undamaged in the presence of the delivery personnel. Any defects must be noted on the shipping documents and confirmed by the delivery personnel. The customer’s claims to compensation are hereby excluded. For continuous use such as in the gym, spa, swimming pool, etc. void the warranty. Spare parts such as nozzles are not included in the warranty.

5. Return conditions

The statutory provisions apply. The purchaser is not granted any rights of rescission or return. However, the seller may permit returns as a gesture of goodwill and subject to agreement. In this case, the purchaser shall bear the risk of loss and damage when sending the items as soon as the purchaser correctly hands over the goods to the shipping company to be returned. If the delivered goods are accepted, the purchaser will receive a credit note for the goods or the amount will be settled against open claims, without prejudice to the assertion of additional rights. The purchaser is entitled to provide evidence of lower depreciations in value in individual cases.

6. Validity of delivery and payment conditions

Our delivery and payment conditions shall be deemed accepted when the order is placed.

7. Legal venue

The place of performance is Genderkingen, Germany. Augsburg Local Court (Amtsgericht Augsburg) is responsible for any dunning procedures.

8. Reservation of title

The delivered goods remain the property of LAVACUR Germany c/o Worldtrader Holding GmbH until payment has been effected in full.

9. Validity of price specifications

With the appearance of this offer, all earlier price specifications lose their validity. Our offers on the Internet are non-binding and subject to change without notice.

General terms and conditions outside Germany

1. Delivery conditions

Free delivery to German border (duty paid, untaxed)
We only deliver to industrial customers.
Transport costs from the German border to the delivery address are listed separately on the invoice.

2. Payment conditions

The prices are always net prices and do not exclude statutory VAT (with the exception of cases where a valid VAT identification number is supplied or for exports outside the EU).
Our invoices are always in euros (€) and as such the only accepted currency is the euro.
There is not right to return.
Once we receive your order, you will receive a pro-forma invoice from us.
Export orders must always be paid for in advance.
We charge a fee of €28 for the compilation of customs documents.
It is not possible to guarantee regulations and directives in terms of the product specifications for the respective country. All liability claims are transferred to the purchaser/importer.

3. Freight costs outside of Germany

Please note that your order via the online shop or other means only constitutes confirmation of receipt of your order and does not represent acceptance of your offer based on the conclusion of a sales contract. Your sales contract for an article is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an e-mail with the confirmation that we have dispatched your article.

Errors and typing mistakes reserved. In the case of errors and typing mistakes, it may be possible in individual cases to rescind a concluded sales contract.
